Q. How soon do I need to place my order?
A. Our suggestion is to place your order well in advance of your event. Planning an event can be very stressful and having your personalized items early will alleviate undue stress wondering if they will arrive on time. If you require your order quickly, it is best to contact us prior to placing you order to discuss your time frame.
Q. Will I get to approve my order prior to production?
A. With most of our paper products yes, we will send you an electronic proof of your order. It is required that you approve this electronic proof prior to production of your order.  With some of our products, however, we are unable to send you an electronic proof (for example, our unity sets) so it is advisable that you ensure correct spelling and grammer prior to submitting your order.  
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located in Pitt Meadows, BC.  
Q. Do you have a store front?
A. No, at this time we do not have a traditional store front.  
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Yes, we accommodate pick up by appointment only evenings and weekends.
Q. Can you create a custom design for me?
A. Please contact us to discuss your design needs. If you see a design you like on our website but would like changes made to it to suit your needs please contact us.  
Q. Will my personalized item look exactly as it does on my monitor?
A. Your printed item will most likely not be an exact representation as what you are viewing on your computer. Colours viewed on a computer monitor are often different to colours viewed on a printed item as monitors and printers operate in different colour spaces. We do our best to accurately display colours online, but the simple fact is that on-screen color representations may vary from actual print colours due to monitor settings. If the colour of an item is important to you, we recommend you contact us to discuss your needs.
Q. Do you offer any other chocolate bar options than the 45g Milk Chocolate Hershey bar?
A. No, not at this time.
Q. Is the chocolate you offer Kosher?
A. Yes, the 45g Hershey's bar is labelled with the OU on the back to certify it is Kosher.
Q. If I decide to wrap the chocolate bars myself will you send instructions?
A. Yes, each order of wrappers will include wrapping instructions as well as candy wrapping foil and clear plastic protective sleeves.  
Q. Will the ink on your wine/water bottle labels smudge or run?
A. Absolutely not. We use a high quality commercial printing process for all of our printed products and they are guaranteed to not run or smudge.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. We begin processing your order soon after we receive it and because each order is custom printed and assembled, we cannot always stop the order from being processed once we have started. We will attempt to cancel your order if your request is made before we have begun printing personalized items. If you have already paid for your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us within 2-4 business days with details of your refunded payment and any applicable cancellation fees.  
Q. Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it online?
A. We begin processing your order soon after we receive it so if you require any changes to your order you must contact us as soon as possible before we print your personalized items.  
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept the following forms of payment:

Paypal is a secure payment process that allows us to accept credit card payments such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, or transfers from your PayPal account. It is not required that you have a Paypal account in order to use Paypal.
