Fun Wrappers Personalized Event Favours offers two Fundraising options; Offline and Online.  Please see below for an outline of each option.
 
Size of each pad - 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and contains 150 sheets
Suggested Retail Price - $10.00 each
Fundraising potential based on our SRP - $3.00 - $5.00 per notepad
 

Online Fundraiser

   
Our online fundraiser option is a popular choice because it requires minimal organization from the fundraiser designate. Wholesale cost of our notepads is $5.00 each plus $2.00 each for shipping (tax included). Profits to you is $3.00 per notepad.
 

What we do:

 

What you do:

  • Add a personalized listing of our Stick People Notepad to our website under our Fundraiser Notepad category specifically for your fundraiser;
  • Accept orders and online payments via Paypal;
  • Process and Ship personalized notepads to supporters;
  • After fundraiser deadline, send proceeds to fundraiser designate.
 
  • Decide how long you would like to run you fundraiser for and set a deadline date. We recommend running your fundraiser for 2-3 weeks;
  • Advertise your fundraiser. Suggestions are: Facebook, your website, emailing your friends/family and having them email their friends/family.
  • And that's it!  We will do the rest!
Your supporters will receive their notepad approx. 3-4 weeks from your fundraiser deadline date.
 

Offline Fundraiser

   
Our offline fundraiser option is a little bit more work but you make a little bit more money because you don't have the shipping charges to take into account. Wholesale cost of our notepads is $5.00 (tax included). Profits to you is $5.00 per notepad.

What you do:

  • Organize date with your fundraiser designate;
  • Provide custom order form in pdf format;
  • Arrange with fundraiser designate to receive orders and payment;
  • Create personalized notepads;
  • Sort, organize, bag and label orders by fundraiser participant;
  • Deliver or ship your orders to your organization.
 
  • Assign a fundraiser designate;
  • Organize date with Fun Wrappers;
  • Decide how much you want to charge per notepad (we recommend ($10.00);
  • Photocopy and distribute order form;
  • Collect order forms and payments. Cheques are payable to your designate or organization;
  • Briefly proof read order forms to ensure legibility and that no more than one personalized notepad is on each order form;
  • Tally your orders;
  • Make a copy of all order forms for your records;
  • Deliver, email, mail or arrange for pick up (Tri Cities only) of your order forms. Payment of $5.00 for each personalized notepad must accompany the order forms by way of a cheque. If emailing your order forms, we will send the fundraiser designate a secure payment link in which the invoice can be paid using any major credit card. Payment must be received prior to production of the notepads;
  • Designate a specific day/time to distribute orders.
Estimated time of completion - 3-4 weeks from the date we receive your orders and payment
 
Free delivery to Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam and Port Moody. Areas outside those jurisdictions are subject to shipping charges. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your area.
